SKS is based in San Diego, California. All songs are written by John Napier. The music is influenced by Sonic Youth, Pavement, Radiohead, The Cure, The Velvet Underground, and many other artists. SKS includes alternative, punk, metal, classic rock, blues, experimental, electronic & other genres.
The main focus is to bring back old-school musicianship and songwriting - Without using autotune for vocals or over-polished production for the songs! This is not corporate music - it's freedom! There is no A.I. used in the songwriting & music (only the music videos are A.I.) & It's all original music - no covers, ever. The videos aren't monetized either - I hate commercials.
