STRANGER VISION

Stranger Vision is an Italian power prog metal band formed in 2019, aiming to create a unique sound blending melodies, power, and technical mastery. Influenced by Savatage, Blind Guardian, Symphony X, and Dream Theater, they bring a distinctive interpretation to these elements. Their debut album, Poetica, released in 2021 during the pandemic, succeeded despite the lack of a tour. During the lockdown, they developed new material, leading to Wasteland in 2022, a concept album inspired by T.S. Eliot. Wasteland evolved their sound, incorporating orchestral, prog, and metalcore influences. The album features artists like Hansi Kürsch and Tom S. Englund. In 2023 and 2024, they performed across Europe and Japan, solidifying their presence. Their latest work, FAUST. Act I: Prelude to Darkness, inspired by Goethe's Faust, explores ambition and morality, blending power metal with prog, orchestration, and modern metalcore, creating a cinematic experience that reflects Faust’s inner journey.
