Channel Description
Delhi Indie Project is an experimental indie rock band from Delhi of course. Our music and versatility definitely set us apart from others. As the name suggests we are a set of people who come from different backgrounds in music but are pure Dilli wala by heart. Delhi is a place of Mughal architecture, Sufi inspired music and of course the lovely food.
Our music is a mix of Sufi, Indie, Bollywood, Folk and Punjabi music blended with western elements of Jazz, Blues, Rock, Funk and Latin Music. In past the members have performed at various venues across India and abroad. All members come from a diverse background and have experience of playing more than 500 shows with various projects which includes major festivals like South Asian Band Fest, Escape Festival, Dubai Festival, etc.
Delhi Indie Project is not a typical Indie band. We play known cover songs in our own unique style with a lot of instrumental jam along with Originals.
