Suzy the Cockatoo

Suzy is a Moluccan Cockatoo rescued from an animal hoarder. She was balding but as you can see she's grown back her feathers beautifully. Since Suzy, our flock has grown with Wilson, Mater, Dylan, Mickey, and Happy. When we adopted Mater he had metal poisoning. It took a toll on his kidneys and we lost him but please enjoy his past videos to honor his memory. We do not encourage our birds to cuss. We do not break things in front of them to get a rise out of them. If a bird comes to us with a foul mouth we retrain them with the use of loving words. These are expensive and very intelligent and difficult birds. Their medical care is astronomical.
