Using our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawks and now our 06 Toyota 4Runner to venture into our public lands here in Southern Oregon. Using battery powered chainsaws I make an extra effort to keep our US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management roads clear of fallen and encroaching trees using my battery powered chain saws. My objective is to help provide access to the our forests for wildland firefighting and the general. In additon, I work at reducing wildfire fuel in overgrown, commercially harvested forests while, Camping, Overlanding and Off-Roading. Featuring the tools and gear I use to accomplish my project goals. Review of the capabilities of our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Toyota 4Runner that I use for transportation to project sites in Southern Oregon. Plus, automotive tools, equipment reviews and vehicle maintenance to keep my efforts going. Getting into the backcountry my vehicles get stuck often and I explain the off-road recovery techniques I use.
