At Ballet Workout we use the method developed by professional ballerina Tatevik Mkrtoumian. It's exclusively available at Ballet Workout Belgium and the only and first place in Belgium where you can follow these classes. This unique way of teaching makes ballet attainable for every woman at an adult age and with no experience. All women from 16 till 70 years old are welcome!
