I’m Mila Rybakova – an international yoga teacher, certified in Ishvara Yoga (Ukraine) and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (USA), and an Ayurveda practitioner.

✨ Yoga classes in English – including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and yoga for beginners
✨ Yoga practices and a library of my earlier classes for ukrainian and russian speaking people
✨ Guided sessions, Ayurveda and mindfulness tips, and inspiration for a balanced lifestyle
