This isn’t a typical real estate investing, house flipping, property management channel. It's my journey from 9th grade dropout to landlord extraordinaire. I want to share my journey with millennials, who I believe get a bad wrap and genZ, who have have a chance to be a dominant force in this real estate market. Veterans, this is for you!! I want to help you see all the programs available and how, if I were in your shoes, I would leverage them to grow even faster than I built my empire. The average age for a first home purchase cant remain 32 years old in the US. We are far too great a country, with far too many freedoms to not start sooner and have more control of our futures.
Financial freedom, my own remodels, renovations on the DIY ladder is what you will see. How I became a great landlord, cut my costs by doing my own house maintenance. I am not a guru, but great at what I do.
