Welcome to my rock and metal sanctuary.
It's nice to meet you here.
The reason why I started this channel is quite simple, it's because of the love and passion I feel for heavy riffs, pounding drums, the almighty bass and ofcourse powerful vocals.
A not-so-deep-dive into history;
I was born (1977) and raised in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and fell in love with music at an early age.
And growing up in the eighties made it quite easy for me to become a fan of pop.
Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran, Michael Jackson, Simple Minds, Talking Heads and UB40 were my favorites, among many others.
My taste in music changed, unexpectedly, in 1987 when my brother made me listen to the album Electric by THE CULT.
I was sold after hearing openingtrack Wild Flower as my jaw dropped to the floor.
The ball started to roll after that; Guns 'n Roses, Iron Maiden, Slayer.
A metalhead was "born".
