JAKARTA FESTIVAL CHORUS (JFC), a Christian-based choir under the Communion of Chinese Churches in Indonesia (Persekutuan Gereja-gereja Tionghoa di Indonesia - 印尼華人督教會聯會), is dedicated to raise the standard of church music throughout Indonesia.
Founded by Indra Lazuardi & Rev. Lee Chong Min in 1997, the choir grew from the Chamber Choir of Gereja Santapan Rohani Indonesia (The Bread of Life Church of Indonesia) in Jakarta. Under of Rev. Lee's leadership, then a music lecturer at the School of Church Music, Singapore Bible College, the group adopted its current name to broaden its outreach to the wider evangelical community at that same year.
Through continuous programmes, JFC seeks to deepen appreciation for sacred music while inspiring, training, and supporting local church choirs.
The music directors of JFC have been:
Rev. Lee Chong Min (1997-2013)
Ndaru Darsono (2013-2023)
Vincent Wiguna (2024-present)
