Hi guys, I am Almar and this is my channel The Bla Bla Bunker. I am an Icelandic Lawyer but have recently turned to mentoring and some smaller business projects after having spent close to 25 years as a CEO of multinational companies.
My channel has a few things, first of all me Ranting in the car, most of the time with my dog with me on my way to or from the parks that she walks me in. I discuss different things that are on my mind at any given time or things where I think I can share with you some useful tips on health, business, fitness or just life in general.
The Bla Bla Bunker is also the name of my podcast which you can find on Spotify, Apple etc. in audio and here on YT I do upload the episodes and recently started having them in video also. The Bla Bla Bunker podcast features regular people who have extraordinary stories to tell and asks the questions most don't dare asking.
The playlists should be pretty self explanatory to use to navigate
