Zen-Dragon (Michael)

My name is Michael, I’m a black sash in Meishu Kung Fu with some MMA and Krav Maga experience training as well. I've spent the decade sharing martial arts content (TMA, self defense, combat sports). Now I share many types of "ninja like" movement, not just martial arts, but also parkour, calishtenics and more. The brand Zen-Dragon is my way of sharing this passion and it has become the name I am known by online as well. I've employing various media platforms (Zen-Dragon.Net, Instagram, Facebook untill the page got hacked, the hacker lost access but in the process so did I, so now the page "Dragon" serves as a time capsule up untill that point), but Youtube has always been the true home of what I share. Thru martial arts related content I aim to entertain, inspire and make a difference. In 2017 I co-founded (with my girlfriend) the philantrophic non-profit project Medgang where we use our individual passions to bring value to others in difficult circumstances. Be the best you can be.
