The Latin Church has also influenced and been influenced by many regions and peoples around the world, such as the Malabar Coast of India, where the first Latin diocese in Asia was established in 1329, and the Hispanic communities in the United States, who celebrate their Catholic faith and heritage during Hispanic Heritage Month.
