Chucky Trading Co is an American Folk-Rock duo from New York and Nashville, bringing modern vibes to the classic Laurel Canyon sounds of the 1970s. The first CTC album (2021) contains 15 heartfelt songs that explore love, life, and human nature. A second album, A Sky of Hopes, is scheduled for release in May 2025.
CS and Danger bring to their music a wide range of experiences and influences. From a childhood immersed in the spirits and rhythms of Central and West Africa to their coming of age in the rich acoustic traditions of Appalachia, CTC plays to a broad tapestry of musical textures. Their songs combine the deceptive simplicity of folk and rock with the emotional depth and power of counterculture poets from the 60s to the present.
