Hi! I'm Jewelz, an Autistic Functional Nutritionist, and mother with an autistic child and another child with ADHD. This channel is mostly about how to improve our lives by using science based information and studies to change our lifestyle, as us autistic individuals chronically suffer from living in a world made for neurotypicals. My son Reiden and myself practice a healthy lifestyle using Keto, ketovore, and/or carnivore way of eating, so stick around as I share our journey, as well.
