Our mission is to get you the benefits of yoga regardless of your current level of ability.
We're renowned for being "experts with beginners" and being the only yoga studio (and method) that Does Not Require Flexibility.
Others may say it, but we mean it. We follow a yoga system built on Principles called "Functional Yoga Instruction" created by a Master Yoga Teacher and Pain Expert, Brian Friedman.
That means we focus on low-impact, low-risk, and high-benefit yoga poses infused seamlessly with exercises found in physical therapy.
The good news?! You don't have to be a pretzel or super-bendy to finally enjoy the proven positive effects of yoga ... all in the safety of your own home.
