Michel Plourde

I am a composer/performer, musician/artist living in Toronto, Canada who makes a living playing, doing live sound and teaching music privately and for the Trebas Institute of Technology. I studied music at St. Michael's Choir School and Humber College and have written and played in many genres; from avant guard & classical to jazz, folk, rock & punk.

My channel presents videos and slideshows set to recordings of my original compositions, bands that I've played with, arrangements of mine, gigs I've done sound for and films that my music has been used in, plus there are educational videos for my students and those who want to learn in general.

My recent projects include continuing my cycle of pieces entitled "the Stars of the Constellations" while working on a few large orchestral works that are taking forever to finish.
