Animal Rahat is a unique program that aims to help some of the most neglected animals in the world—the bullocks, donkeys, and other working animals in India. Our dedicated staff includes veterinarians, veterinary assistants, animal caretakers, and a full-time community educator who respond to emergencies and give advice around the clock, every day of the year. We rescue animals big and small from danger including falls into wells, entanglement in wire, and angry villagers intent on killing them.
