Brian & Shelley Hill founded TCC in 2015 believing that we are responsible for a wide array of skill sets. Seeing, recognizing, & believing danger is the 1st task. Having a plan for avoidance, deselection & escalation is 2nd. If this fails & the fight is on, then it MUST BE WON.
TCC is made up of 8 instructors/coaches that believe you will retain more in a positive learning environment and that a true coach will have a multi-discipline approach to applying diagnostic skills, understanding the client's decisional process, and adapting to the clients' unique needs. Identifying & understanding the shooters learning style and their blind spots is very important.
We will focus on:
*Predictive analysis through posture, speech, body language, and goal setting.
*Adaptive drill development with measurable results.
*Clear goal development through deliberate practice and focused methodologies.
*Understanding of human biology under stress and how to enhance performance
