The halakah started from october 2009 by Dr. Matiur Rahman. Then Islamic scholars like Dr.Abdullah jahangir , SK shahidullah khan madani , Muzaffor bin mohsin took part in the halakah. From March 2011 (approximately) Mufti kazi ibrahim was conducting the halakah on monthy basis. From 2013 november Eng.Muhammed enamul haque, Dr muhamed saifullah ,Dr monzur elahi conducted the halakah on both weekly and monthly basis. The jummah prayer started from 5th Ramadan 1435 hizri - 4th july 2014 which was conducted by Dr.Monzur elahi .
