Prof. Ramesh K Arora, M.A, B.Com (Rajasthan), MPA, M.Phil., Ph.D. (Kansas, USA) was a Senior Fulbright Scholar at Syracuse University (New York) USA. He was Professor of Public Administration at the University of Rajasthan and at HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration. Presently, he is Chairperson, Management Development Academy, Jaipur.
