Darkstar is a one of the UK's most celebrated tribal and dark fusion belly dancers. She has developed her own unique style known as 'Belly Popping', a fusion of belly dance and street dance popping with a darker aesthetic.
She loves to use robotic, tutting and fluid stylisation's to create dynamic , engaging routines. Renowned for her creative choreography and musicality, she often creates Theatrical and emotionally charged routines to showcase the creative side of her dance.
Darkstar is organiser & creative director of Dark Britannia, London's yearly dark and theatrical show and training weekend. She has performed all over Europe and the USA and teaches regular weekly classes in London.
Having trained intensively with some of the best belly dancers and poppers of our time she is passionate about inspiring students in this intense and captivating dance style and further developing her student group Team Darkstar.
