Music is my passion and an expression of joy. If you are also able to experience the same joy after listening to the songs/thoughts shared here, please like, comment, share and subscribe. Music can be defined as a harmony between Bhava, Raga and Tala( a quote by Bhagwan Baba).
I am Kumar Sundaram from Washington DC USA. I am classically trained in Indian music (Carnatic - South Indian). I have learned many skills in the past four decades, by performing hundreds of light/semi classical/devotional/film music stage performances in many countries. Though I sing for joy, it is my passion to share the "singing knowledge" via practical tips, tricks, techniques. The tools I would use to achieve these would be two: Swaras and Simplicity. To reinforce the Raga I use "Swaras" as building blocks and, Simplicity in voice delivery to capture the Bhavam, all in perfect Rhythm(Tala). The language I have chosen to speak my thoughts on singing/music (Talk points) would be "Tamil" unless requested.
