Our beloved father, Makibi James, made an impact in our country through his music. He was able to join people against the 2007 post-election violence before his sudden death in 2008. Though he left us when we were still kids, his music helped raise us, taught us our culture, and above all, how to be great people in our society and change the world to a better place. We want to share with the world his fantastic music and our journey since he left us. We are so excited to finally do this and to finally show his fans that all is not lost. As he said in his song Thuuna, we are rising after the fall, he lives on in us. Welcome to Makibi's channel.
