Afghan Trucker

I'm Ramin, a regional truck driver from So. California. My family and I escaped war-torn Afghanistan in the early 1980's & some of my assimilation tales will be shared throughout my interviews. I'm currently a truck driver, however I've worked as a special ed. teacher and school psychologist in the past. I was a functioning alcoholic for over 20 years and finally found recovery on 1/15/2015. I conduct these interviews because I honestly love all people & my main intention is to get the word out there, that recovery is possible. Being clean has given me back EVERYTHING tenfold and hopefully together, we can inspire others to find sobriety. God bless everyone and remember, 'progress, not perfection' and please take it 'one day at a time.'
