I’m Tia a wife, mother, and faith-led woman passionate about encouraging others to live with purpose, joy, and a deeper connection to God. My journey has taken me from helping people physically as a personal trainer for over 15 years, to now focusing on helping people spiritually through the truth and power of God’s Word.
Life hasn’t always been easy, I’ve faced my own health challenges, including fibromyalgia, Endo and the loss of lower curvature lordosis and fertility issues. But through it all, I’ve found strength in my faith and purpose in sharing hope with others. My mission is to inspire you to grow closer to God, embrace the beauty of your unique journey, and find comfort in His promises.
Whether it’s through heartfelt bible studies, life reflections, or relatable encouragement, this is a space where you can feel supported, uplifted, and reminded that you are deeply loved by God.
