This channel was created as a place for those with fibromyalgia to learn and grow. I also hope that family or friends of those with fibro will visit to learn and encourage them. I have fibro and want to share what I've learned in my study of the disease and hope you feel inspired to walk beside me as we tackle our daily trials. My goal is to encourage so that we can all feel a sense of calm in our lives. To heal in new ways, and to feel hope again is for all of us.
I have a Ph.D. in Psychology and my focus is cognition and instruction. My dissertation was about fibromyalgia, online support groups, and self-presentation theory.
