Growing Health from The Ground Up - This space is to share and co-create a holistic approach to wellness through mindful gardening, nourishing food and conscious movement.

I am Zone 3 gardener in Saskatchewan, Canada. You can expect to find tips, tricks and my adventures along the way, sharing how movement, mindset, eating, growing better food and earth care are essential to living our best life. I use the the practices of yoga, ayurveda, organic gardening and permaculture to brings us full circle to healing both ourselves and the earth. It will be shared alongside my adventures into building and bringing back to life our new hobby farm using all of the methodologies list above.
