Welcome to Son of a Cyclist, where we learn about cycling together. My name is Nick Arend, based out of Portland Oregon USA. I've been riding for several years now and while I am very passionate about this sport, I have wasted a lot of time making mistakes, being uncomfortable or found myself looking for answers when nobody could give me direction. The purpose of this channel is to help others avoid making the same mistakes which will hopefully result in saving time, money and discomfort. Whether you are a Category 1 road racer or new to cycling, one thing remains the same. We all want to enjoy cycling, get stronger and do it longer.
