Hello my name is Cookie, Im a former medic & Air Force Military spouse.
Stationed in Asia & Europe afforded me opportunities to travel the world. I learned how to cook authentic International dishes made at home. I love culture, foods, prep & techniques from all over the world. I learned about food preservation techniques, ways to efficiently maximize my food & budget needs with whats in season. Cooking nutrient dense delicious easy foods is my priority. My goal is to manage a no waste kitchen. Lets do it together!
