Hello friends and welcome to my brand new YouTube channel! My name is Corina and I'm so thankful you are here. After many years of toying with the idea of making videos, I have finally made a dream come true in June of 2017!

I am a 39 year old mother of two, wife to the most amazing and caring man, nutritionist, keto coach, lifestyle blogger, recipe developer, and fitness enthusiast. In 2015 I was diagnosed with an extremely rare spinal disease which was followed by a myriad of other medical conditions. With my health continuing to rapidly decline going through the maze that is our medical system, I decided to follow my own path and embark on a holistic journey towards healing. Here I am over 1 year later and in many ways I feel better than I have my entire life. Through the power of food, lifestyle changes, a positive mind, and tremendous support from those around me I have been able to overcome many hurdles. It is now my passion to help heal others... mind, body, and soul!
