This Chanel is based on meditation, spiritual ways of living, guru prem, guru gyan, anand & experience of going beyond the body, soul full meaning of life.
Art of life: Guruji teaches us how we can live life peacefully & we are detached from materialistic things. We will be able to focus on real truth (AATMA/SOUL/REAL POWER).
Balance: We learn the art of balance & detachment in all facets of life be it happiness or sadness, victory or defeat, loss or gain, fame or defame.
Happiness: Guruji teaches that materialistic anand is temporary & insignificant. If we focus on our Aatma & find nirvishay anand within ourselves, we will be eternally happy. This tranquility comes from within and not from external factors.
Meditation/Samadhi: It means balance & stability of mind. If our mind is balanced, we will be able to live a detached life by enjoying all the phases of life. We do not need to leave anything to achieve good mental health, we just need to learn the art.
