Hi my name is Luke and my Japanese kitchen brother's name is Sadayuki We make (almost) weekly videos from our restaurant "Sandikala" which is in the South West of France. We are famous for our fusion cooking “local products, foreign flavours." Between us we have over 20 years of 2 and 3 Michelin starred restaurant experience, we have lived and worked in Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and Morocco.
