Ian Dury was right. I spent the last 30 years or so in the music industry doing what most of what you’d imagine. The last 5 years have been fun (haven’t they..?!) with my wife’s breast cancer, surgery, brutal chemo plus lock down and all those fun and games life throws at us. I drank my way through it. At the start of 2023 I became sober, started working out - both physically and mentally - and this is the story of my adventures into the world and my head.
