Where does a mother go to find the healing she gives to everyone around her?
The answer is within - but I'm not saying it's an easy feat. So often we are focused on pouring into everyone else around us that we simply dismiss pouring into ourselves. For the last decade, I have been teaching spiritual wellbeing. In my day to day life, I am a mom navigating my own self care and family journey while operating a small holistic healing business.
On this channel, I share these tools to help you show up more presently in your mothering journey and cultivate your own "sacred moments." Through my videos, you'll gain the guidance you need to connect to a conscious motherhood, discover your truest self, and truly take care of yourself all while being the example for your babies to do the same.
