It is said that eating pure food leads to pure heart! Sattvik Food acts as medicine by itself, as said by father of medicine Hippocrates that “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” and also by Niskulanand Swami in one of his poems that “Anna Sama Aushadha nahi”
Our Channel promote Swaminarayan vegetarian dietary requirements - vegetarian recipes without Tamasic onion and garlic. Since a solely sattvik diet is not practical for the average individual in modern times, a balanced Rajasic and Sattvik diet conforms to diet purity. By cooking and eating Sattvik food at home, we benefit physically, mentally, financially and spiritually.
