A debut movie by Shakti Production, Dholki is a marathi film portraying a village simpleton and a series of comical events leading to a dark revelation from his past!
Starring in the lead role Siddarth Jadhav, Manasi Naik, Kashmira Kulkarni, and epic stars like Sayaji Shinde, Jyoti Chandekar, Sanjay Kulkarni, Dr Vilas Ujawane, Vijay Nikam, Vandana and others.
The story is about Lalya, a village buffoon and a good for nothing, lazy, fun loving person who is constantly ridiculed and avoided by the villagers. He is the apple of his mother's eye but things take a dramatic turn in his life when he discovers a long forgotten Dholki in his attic over a series of hilarious events. Lalya experiences the magical powers of the Dholki..and Rakma finds herself attracted by Lalya. Slowly a long past dark past unfolds and having learn of the mysterious past, Lalya vows to avenge the bad guys with the help of Rakma who is ready to do anything for the love of her life.
