Have you ever thought about it...There are more than 8 billion people on the earth. But there is only one dream shared across dozens of cultures: living well. All of us would like be healthier, to look better, and to live in physically and mentally good conditions. We've honored almost everything which is valuable to us with a special day, so why isn't there a global day to honor the universally accepted importance of good living? It was with these thoughts that "Global Wellness Day" was born 13 years ago.
