I'm Shannon! My Channel & Blog are full of fitness, mindset, and healthy lifestyle tips & tricks. I finally decided 2020 was the year to put content up on my Channel!

I truly believe that everything starts from within, loving yourself, and your body from the inside out.

My love for fitness came from wanting to sustain my health and longevity of life for as long as possible. At the age of 2, I was diagnosed with a genetic lung disease called CYTSIC FIBROSIS. Growing up with this made me super aware of my body in all aspects.

The body will follow what the mind believes.

I want to give you all the knowledge I can through my experiences, research, and guide you to the best version of yourself!
