The Gamechive Channel maintains an archive of video game playthroughs. [Gameplay + Archive = Gamechive] These videos ("gamechives") are without voice-overs (no commentary) and fully capture all aspects of featured games through its archivist's skilled gameplay and editing. Either grouped in playlists as multiple parts or as single longplay, these gameplay videos assist players as a guide or walkthrough. The channel's goal is game posterity—a preservation by playthrough.
