We allow the unfortunate to tell their story and also use our platform to outreach for them. Going through series of challenges starting this dream. Experiencing disappointments, failure in attaining credibility, endorsements, being turned down numerous times, getting publications, logistics, recommendations and accreditation was one big threat even at a certain point of giving up.
One thing we've realized is that for youngsters like us to leave our individual dreams, purpose and acquired qualifications to come together, even in a struggling economy like Africa and embark on philanthropic journey like this, is not just passion or the love for humanitarian projects but a call to action which goes beyond charity.
Benabi Discovery is a nonprofit organization that bridges the gap between the privileged and the vulnerable by giving them the opportunity to tell their story.
