Talk Tailor is a mental health and wellness organization designed to help bring the best out of you! We, however, do not resemble traditional mental health services. THE most important element to being your best self is that you already know what that is. My job is to help you reveal it through authentic conversation. The videos I post here provide insight into our work, our understanding of the world around us, and an open forum to create useful conversation.

Complete mental health requires an understanding of who YOU are and learning how to maximize that to its fullest potential. Here, I will share my journey in coming to discover all the things that I am and hopefully guide you along the way.
