Hi! Welcome to my channel! My name is Sonam Sondhi, I am the Owner and Pastry Chef of ChocaL8kiss Bakery. As we all face different challenges in life that help us evolve and grow, at 30 years old I faced my first pregnancy loss and had an ectopic pregnancy. (more about my journey on my website www.sonamsondhi.com) Through my healing journey I have fell deeply in love with Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, and how to support Pregnant people throughout their entire experience from conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.
I am a 200 hr RYT, Prenatal yoga teacher, Reiki Master with a focus in Infertility, Pregnancy, PostPartum, & Newborn, I am also a Sound Healer/ Gong Master and Birth Doula based in NJ and offering sessions internationally.
I used to work 80-100 hours a week completely engulfed in operating my bakery that I started at 21. 11 years later I followed my inner calling and began to shift into alignment amidst the Corona Virus finding ways to be in service to others.
