Don Hennig Percussion

Don Hennig. Percussionist/Jazz drummer/Educator. Sabian performing artist. Former associate principal percussion Inland Valley Symphony. He is also a former member of the prestigious U.S. Marine Band in Washington D.C "The President's Own." During his tenure with "The President's Own" he performed numerous times at the White House backing some of America's greatest entertainers. In a career spanning 50 years he has performed with Andre Kostelanetz, Leonard Bernstein, John Williams, Marvin Hamlish, Doc Severinsen, Buddy Rich alumnus alto saxophonist Richie Cole, and Bobby Rydell among others. He is currently a free lance musician in Southern California and is in demand as a clinician and has given master classes at many of the country's leading music schools. He is a member of AFM Local 47, Hollywood Ca.
