Jules has travelled the world for more than 20 years playing his distinctively mellow music. He won the songwriting competition Unsung Heroes with his Top 40 single 'Round The Bays- and his song Ray Of Light was a finalist in the NZ Silver Scroll Award. He was one of 22 songwriters from 18 nations who had a song selected for the CONCERT FOR WORLD PEACE (Year 2000) in Rome and 3 songs from Kids Time 2 were selected for the USA SONG DISCOVERY program Albums include: ON THIS NIGHT, Heartstrings (both won NZMA Gospel Album of the Year), REVELATION (Gold), HOMECOMING (Gold), and THE FISHERMAN, plus two children’s albums KIDS TIME 1&2. Then the 8th album JERUSALEM and more recently CATACLYSM (2010 CD/DVD), SANCTUARY (2014) and RIVERS (2019) Musical influences include: Bob Dylan, James Taylor, Paul Simon, Cat Stevens, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Enya, Sting, Mark Knopfler, Bruce Coburn, Keith Green, Michael W Smith, John Michael Talbot and Ian White.
