From Grandparents, parents & now our nieces & nephews we all swear by food. And coming from a Kokani Muslim food loving family we've always been exposed to our traditional cuisine.
Unfortunately 'Kokani Muslim cuisine' is lesser known and is restricted only to home kitchens especially in urban cities. And here is where we found our inspiration to go beyond homes.
Many of our preparations are more than 100 years old. Masalas that are our guarded secrets. Come celebrate the hidden gems of Konkan with us.
