I'm also an EX ex-vegan. Vegan Great Life was one of my first blog and channel names, and I'm thrilled to resurrect it!
I've been high raw fruitarian, starch-based, macrobiotic, and, foolishly, despite correcting an alarming health scare after first switching to a whole-foods, plant-based diet in 2011, my husband and I switched to a low-carb / keto diet after five years as vegans. Learn from our mistakes, and avoid the darkness we ultimately experienced during our nearly five years as ex vegans!
