My name is Natasha and I live on the east coast of Australia. For some time I was living a life I felt stuck in and drained from. So, I changed that.
My passion is empowering others to be who they want to be and create a life you’ve always dreamed of! Move past barriers, limiting beliefs and fears that keep us stuck, to realise our true potential is unlimited and we are more powerful than we have been lead to believe.
This space is open for you to come as you are and through breath, meditation and yoga we find connection to our bodies on every level, to shift and clear anything that holds us back so we can move forward with the belief we are capable and worthy of anything!
