Spanish Basics USA

During high school, I learned Spanish as a second language just like many of you. I remember sitting in class, completing worksheets and answering questions that the teacher would ask me in Spanish. On the weekends, I worked at a Mexican Restaurant called El Portal. There, I practiced my Spanish with my co-workers. After high school, I went on a mission trip to Spain for two years. I lived in Lleida, Gandia, Valencia, Girona, and Barcelona. I was able to improve my Spanish while living in Spain. Since then, I have been able to use my Spanish inside and outside of the classroom. I teach high school Spanish. I have also used my Spanish as: a door-to-door pest control salesman, police officer, translator, guard at the U.S. Embassy in Canada, and in many social instances as well. I want to share many of the tricks that made the language easy for me. I also wanted to include entertaining videos that would make language learning fun.
