I’m Dr. Marinette Asuncion-Uy, Psy.D.—a Filipino American Clinical Psychologist, a soft voice in a world that taught us to harden. Born and raised in the Philippines, shaped by migration and memory. I created this channel for those healing from intergenerational pain, inner child wounds, and the myth of being “too much.”
Here, we speak of mental health through the lens of kapwa, ancestral memory, and decolonial healing. I know what it’s like to carry too much too soon. This is my offering to you.
